Our vacation rental apartments are tucked in and around the Quartiere Monti, where our family has lived for 60 years.

We can't wait to share it with you!

 Monti, in the heart of Rome’s historic center, is where traditional Roman life meets photogenic urban bohemia. Where grandmothers chat with the butcher and teenagers pick through racks of vintage Levis. Oh, and it’s also home to the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and tomb of Pope Francis, Michelangelo’s “Moses,” and that most famous fight venue, the Colosseum. Stroll through the charming, vine-draped streets adjacent to the Roman Forum to find locally-crafted clothing and jewelry, antique treasures, heaping plates of bucatini all’Amatriciana and some of Rome’s best gelato. If you’re feeling sophisticated, browse the art galleries, sip an aperitivo at a stylish bar and head to the nearby Teatro dell’Opera. Or if you want to do as the Romans do, just relax on the fountain steps in Piazza della Madonna dei Monti and watch life go by.

    All properties feature Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens with modern appliances, washer/dryers, and comfortable living areas.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, we strive to make our apartments family-friendly with travel cribs and highchairs available upon request. And all of our properties have washing machines and dryers!

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times or a baggage drop option, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • How do we get to the apartment?

    All of our properties are within walking distance from Termini Station. If you're coming from the airport, contact us to book a private driver!

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Street parking is difficult to snag, but all properties have nearby parking garages with daily rates.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We offer a full refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior to your stay.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    We allow dogs at Casa di Luisa only for an extra fee of 50 euros.
