House Rules & Safety Policy
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following house rules during your stay:
Safety & Security
For safety reasons and to ensure compliance with the original booking (especially regarding the number of registered guests), we have installed security cameras at the apartment's entrance to monitor who enters and exits. Any violations of the booking terms or local laws will be reported to Airbnb and the relevant authorities.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, but must be arranged in advance. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, you must inform us ahead of time.
Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of your stay without refund. We do not allow parties of any kind, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, and we ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Minors
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Noise & Behavior
Please respect the peaceful nature of the building and avoid disturbing neighbors.
This includes:
No loud music or disruptive behavior
No hanging towels or clothing out of windows
Adherence to quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
We reserve the right to remove disruptive guests with no refund if there are serious rule violations.
Smoking & Fire Safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke outside, provided it does not disturb other residents. Candles and open flames are not permitted. A €250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside.
Laundry & Utilities
Guests are welcome to use the washer, dryer, and other household appliances. Please follow instructions on the machines and note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Kindly turn off lights and appliances when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
Liability Waiver
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, delays, or damages incurred during your stay, including but not limited to:
Personal injury or property damage
Delays due to weather, strikes, maintenance issues, or local events
Acts or omissions by third parties or unexpected local conditions
Damages
Please inform us immediately of any damages, malfunctions, or safety concerns in the apartment.
The registered guest is financially responsible for any damage caused—whether intentional or accidental—by themselves, their guests, or their family members.
